Key Responsibilities:
• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Log, track, and follow up on defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing during development cycles.
• Validate UI/UX behavior across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and verify fixes
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
• Document test results and prepare clear, concise bug reports with reproducible steps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage.
Technical Knowledge:
• 2-4 years of experience in Testing.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with different types of testing: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Experience writing and executing manual test cases from requirements or user stories.
• Basic knowledge of querying SQL / NoSQL databases to validate data integrity.
• Exposure to bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP) to understand application behavior.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Exposure to performance/load testing tools such as JMeter.
• Knowledge of mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms.

• Communication: Able to write clear, concise bug reports and communicate issues effectively to the team.
