Description:
Our Quality Programs team is looking for a highly motivated analytical and collaborative individual whose skills will be to perform accurate root cause analysis and helping to influence and drive solutions based on the scope of work and processes per client requirement.
Position Overview
• Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a passion to continuously improve on meeting quality metrics according to the standards/ programs set by our client where excellence is always demanded. The overall goal of our Quality Program is to reduce or eliminate persistent issues and improve the quality of the deliverable assets to our clients, ultimately improving the quality of end-user experience.
• In this role, you will work cross-functionally actively engaging with teams across departments. The environment is fast paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and sometimes managing aggressive deadlines. The candidate we are seeking needs to be diligent in investigating issues thoroughly and persistent in gathering data that factually supports cause and effect.
• You should show an eagerness for improving existing quality yields and processes internally. The right mix of organizational and communication skills is key to success. Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage priorities are also essential.

This position will be onsite in the APAC area, and you will also be working alongside our global counterparts.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments and serve as a global point of contact.
• Drive and promote high standards for localization quality across all projects.
• Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of errors and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions over time.
• Compile, manage, and report on weekly and monthly project metrics; participate in meetings to align project requirements and priorities.
• Support key quality initiatives by working closely with senior management to improve processes, both as an individual contributor and team lead.
• Proactively escalate quality issues to management and conduct risk analysis ahead of project kick-offs.
• Review client rejections and ensure responses are accurate, comprehensive, and timely.
• Oversee QPM-led projects by establishing strong process documentation, governance through regular reviews and monitoring, and accurate high-level reporting, while embedding a metric-driven approach to improve quality across all functions
Eligibility Criteria
• Solid command of MS Office 365, including Microsoft Excel data organization and PowerPoint.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting and clearly explaining subject matter to various levels of management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field and at least 2 years of experience in localization.
• Remain flexible to changing priorities and open to innovative ideas.
• Previous experience in managing quality and metrics.
• Previous experience in reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing workflows and processes and identifying deficiencies and gaps as opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing large data, creating reports and data-driven insights.
• Ability to engage with and motivate a culturally diverse, distributed team.
