Job Description
The Coordinator, Disney+ Hulu Marketing role is an entry-level position within Disney Entertainment, supporting the EVP Disney+ Hulu Marketing and providing administrative-level support across the team. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the marketing department, contributing to the success of Disney+ and Hulu campaigns. Responsibilities:

As a Coordinator, Disney+ Hulu Marketing, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. This position requires entry-level knowledge and a willingness to learn, making it ideal for individuals passionate about entertainment and marketing. Your contributions will help maintain the high standards of Disney Entertainment Television and its award-winning content.
• Coordinate campaign fundamentals, including creative briefings, asset approvals, and legal clearances.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including scheduling and managing calendars, handling expense reports, organizing multi-departmental meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating IT support, and managing messenger/courier needs.
• Support the team by preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating trackers, and circulating agendas.
• Represent the team in meetings and provide summaries of updates.

Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Apple's Mac operating system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about entertainment, including TV and movies.
• Entry-level knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the entertainment industry.
• Understanding of digital and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Clearcast and third-party TV player guidelines.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $58,500 to $72,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $58,500 to $72,300 ($ USD)
