Location: Guildford, UK - Hybrid 3 days per week

The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organisation in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We are horizontal connectors empowering teams across the Experiences organisation with the strategic prioritisation, investments, resources, data, insights, and technology required to accelerate results in service of our goals.
As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support and implement in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will work with sales, studio, development, and operational teams, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of partner campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal partners to identify solutions for brand integrations that build new business growth and align with our franchise goals.
Responsibilities:
• Be a primary contact for external clients and brands on assigned campaigns, managing client expectations and communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Facilitate seamless campaign execution with our teams (Development, Brand, Studio, Operations, and Communications), ensuring we meet timelines and project milestones.
• Help develop and refine workflows, documenting best practices to enhance internal efficiencies in media execution and partnership management.
• Draft and deliver client-facing materials, ensuring that you meet partner needs and that you make all communications clear.
• Produce go-to-market materials, sales collateral, media plans, and evaluation documents to empower the account management team when engaging with brands.
• Be an internal resource by providing regular updates on media/partnership trends, evolving market expectations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field.
• Experience client-facing roles, including setting and managing expectations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using CRM and Project Management tools to manage workflows, monitor progress, and create performance reports.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Skills:
• Project Management: Ability to juggle campaigns or accounts to deliver quality outcomes.
• Organisation: Comfortable balancing multiple projects and adjusting plans as needs shift.
• Communication: Ability to tailor messages for different audiences
• Client Relationship Management: Experienced in building trust and relationships with clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and delivering value.
