CRM Analyst - EA SPORTS

Department:At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker connecting hundreds of millions of players globally to some of the world's greatest games. The EAX team is crucial to creating that connection through products that grow and engage our community of players. Some of our work includes EA PLAY, our multi-platform subscription for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam; the EA app, EA's direct-to-consumer PC platform; and a range of consumer experiences designed to engage players across platforms and within our games.
ImpactYou will turn CRM campaign data into insights that improve how players connect with EA SPORTS. Your analysis will guide marketing decisions across email, web, and in-game messaging, helping teams understand performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver more relevant player experiences.
Responsibilities
• Analyze CRM campaign data across email, web, and in-game channels
• Query and transform data from internal and third-party sources
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate performance trends
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for franchise partners
• Partner with CRM teams to define measurement approaches and KPIs
• Manage multiple analyses from intake to delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting and engagement
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing analytics
• Experience querying data using SQL
• Experience using R or similar tools for statistical analysis
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, or segmentation methods
• Experience working with large, multi-source datasets
Core Skills and Experience
• Build data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Present insights in structured formats for business partners
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches
• Manage priorities across concurrent projects
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones
Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$92,900 - $129,200 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
