WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL THIS POSITION IMMEDIATELY

Gorgeous Media Group is seeking an experienced assistant to support the CEO of our talent management company. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in talent management and looking to grow in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate is familiar with casting sites and able to jump in quickly. The ideal person must have knowledge on the Breakdowns and other casting platforms.

Qualifications:

* Be a great support for the manager and understand what is needed

• Assisting manager with all matters relating to our clients

• Reading scripts and putting together synopsis/guidelines

* Be a great writer and help in pitching 

• Submitting clients on Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and Casting Workbook

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Tracking payments and expenses

• Be resourceful, trustworthy, eager to learn

• Generating and keeping track of self-tape requests, bookings, and travel coordination

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Mac/PC, PowerPoint, Premiere and Photoshop

• Diligent in following up

• Social media savvy - familiar with trends, platforms, and creating content

• Light video and photo editing skills

* Podcast experience a great help

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry preferred

• Interest in pop culture and familiar with the film and TV world is essential

This position is currently in-office, M-F from 9:30 - 6 PM.
