THE ROLE
The Brand Ambassador / Production Assistant will support the Downtown EDC operation. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with headliners and encourage participation in activation experiences
Represent your assigned activation with enthusiasm, professionalism, and brand alignment
Provide clear instructions to headliners on how to participate in activations and experiences
Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere that reflects EDC's culture and values
Monitor and manage headliner flow to ensure entrances and exits remain clear at all times
Support capacity control by tracking and regulating the number of participants within the activation space
Communicate proactively with team leads regarding crowd levels, safety concerns, or operational needs
Assist in maintaining an organized and accessible environment for all headliners
Assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate issues to the appropriate lead or technical team
Provide general event information or direct headliners to appropriate resources
Support setup, maintenance, and breakdown of activation areas as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year(s) minimum festival, concert, tour, or production experience
Must be highly motivated and possess interpersonal communication skills
Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies as well as two-way radio
Must possess working mobile device, preferably smart phone
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing 50lbs or more
Ability to move, lift, stand, and work for extended periods of 10-14 hours
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours and travel to events, as required, to meet deadlines
