• Develop go-to-market plans that maximize distribution and support subscriber growth, ARPU, packaging, and upsell opportunities.
• Build long-term strategic roadmaps with MVPDs, leveraging market data and performance insights (aligned with streaming‑industry data orientation).

2. Affiliate Management & Performance Optimization
• Own relationships with Mexico's MVPD groups across all tiers (large, mid, regional). Build strong relationships with all stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor subscriber KPIs, churn, funnel conversion, and compliance. Follow up on open issues and day-to-day business-related issues.
• Partner with MVPD sales channels to ensure Universal+ positioning, training, and operational readiness along with the Affiliate Relations Director.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
• Work with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute distro deal closing, renewals, launches, updates, and integrations - modeled after multi-team execution frameworks.
• Coordinate technical authentication, metadata accuracy, and quality standards within Affiliate's User Interfaces.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
• Track competitive offers from Netflix, Disney+, Max, and local streamers to inform negotiation strategy.
• Provide data-driven reporting and insights using partner data and MVPD performance dashboards

Required Experience & Skills
• 7-10+ years in streaming distribution, affiliate relations, or commercial partnerships.
• Proven negotiation experience with MVPDs.
• Strong analytical capabilities; ability to interpret subscriber KPIs and commercial data.
• Skilled at cross-functional coordination in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication in Spanish & English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred
• Experience launching or managing SVOD offerings within MVPD ecosystems.
• Previous exposure to streaming services or competitive entertainment services.
• Understanding of Mexico's Pay TV and broadband commercial dynamics.
