At Netflix, Marketing Partnerships maximizes the impact of brand engagements, driving business results through creative excellence. The team consists of (4) distinct business units focused on distinct outcomes:
• Ads B2B Marketing: drive preference with advertisers
• Partner Marketing: grow our subscriber base
• Brand Partnerships: promote our titles to members
• Integrated Marketing: offer custom solutions for advertisers
All of these objectives are supported by the Marketing Partnerships Creative team that collaborates with external brands and agency/production partners as well as internal cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, activations, sponsorships, and other innovative solutions. The Marketing Partnerships Creative team consists of (3) disciplines: Brand Strategy, Creative, and Creative Production. This team is tasked with ensuring partnership programs are rooted in a compelling strategy, crafted at the highest quality, and executed flawlessly.
About The Role
We are seeking a producer to support Ads Marketing area and B2B Marketing, aas a Producer/Project Manager for tentpole advertising collateral and major sales industry events (such as Behind the Streams, Cannes, etc.). While this is not a hands-on creative role, the ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for creative quality and a strong passion for project management, problem-solving, and delivering excellence.
You will join an established team of creatives, strategists, and producers dedicated to building larger, longer-term partnerships, where creative excellence is a core priority.
This role focuses on supporting Ads Marketing and B2B Marketing Within Marketing Partnerships, Creative Production brings the creative vision to life. This includes planning and executing logistics, mapping resources, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functionally, and working with partners and agencies. In many ways, Creative Production functions as the Executive Producer of a campaign, ensuring that the creative vision is communicated clearly and executed flawlessly.
This role is also responsible for maintaining consistency with the global narrative and supporting the production of high-quality videos, decks, and other materials. Creative excellence is considered essential to every project.

Responsibilities :
Creative Production Planning + Project Management
• Lead all project management and creative operations - from day-to-day need as well as Industry Tentpole events and large-scale projects.
• This includes establishing efficient workflows, agency engagement, timeline / budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, and timely delivery of assets, etc.
• Develop execution plans and ways-of-working that can scale across regions.
• Establish and manage agency roster inclusive of service agreements, onboarding and scopes of work. Partner with agency partners to develop & adhere to the plan.
• Stay closely aligned with the Ads Marketing team, the Creative manager, the Creative Lead(s) as well as Regional Creative Producers to properly manage projects and prioritize resources based on the scope of needs.
Creative Production Implementation
• Act as key liaison and day-to-day contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on creative output for tentpole events, large scale, global to smaller and day-to-day projects.
• This includes teams such as sales, creative marketing, content, legal, music, PR/Comms, media, regional marketing, etc.
• Executional oversight and coordination of all creative sales enablement materials (presentations, video, print, talent/legal, social/content, activations/events, PR, etc.)
• Manage any bespoke AV productions/shoots (if/when needed)
• Ensure all necessary assets are reviewed, approved and delivered on-time.
• Partner with the localization team to prepare & traffic to regional teams, as needed.
• Forecast & manage budgets, including negotiating estimates/bids, and manage invoicing.
Agency Management and General Operations
• Resource the Ads Marketing agency management for the entire Ads Marketing area, proactively anticipating needs and planning for thoughtful contract and agency support.
• Help implement and utilize current work processes and develop new methods to further streamline workflow within LATAM as well as globally.
• Manage all tasks and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions and all tasks are properly assigned.
We seek an inspired individual who:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in production/project management in advertising agencies/production companies.
• Experience working on fast-paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
• Understands creative concepting, asset production, project management, and timely delivery of all campaign elements
• Experience with identifying, negotiating, and managing external agency partners
• The best candidate will have strong written/verbal skills, ability to multi-task and ability to manage and edit basic graphic designs and deck templates.
• Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across cross-functional teams.
• Can organize, clarify & communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly & accurately.
• Fluent in Spanish, advanced in English,
