At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
Our Team
The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that powers the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that's thoughtful of our member's viewing experience and drive great outcomes for advertisers. We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them and Netflix's advertising policies and contracts are thoroughly enforced.
Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that's rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time.
What You Will Do
As a Media Planning and Orders Aggregations PM, you will play a critical role in enabling and accelerating our ads supply expansion through scalable order management and media planning integrations. In this role, you will:
• Own the end-to-end technical integration between Netflix's Ads infrastructure and supply-side systems - ensuring data flows accurately and in real time across all connected platforms
• Serve as a technical liaison between Netflix Ads and Partners guiding them through the integration lifecycle and translating complex data models into reliable, scalable integration specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Supply Integrations team to align on data contracts, API schemas, and communication patterns that support scalable, bi-directional data flows between media planning, order management, and supply execution layers.
• Design and implement integration frameworks, API specifications, technical documentation, and best-practice guides, while driving automation across the plan-to-order-to-delivery workflow to reduce manual handoffs and scale Netflix's ad operations efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-system integration issues spanning media planning, order management, campaign trafficking while continuously iterating on integration playbooks and staying current on industry developments in OMS, media planning, and CTV ad operations.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in leading technical integrations, or a related role within ad tech, CTV, or digital media.
• Proven expertise and hands-on knowledge of order management platforms, including industry-leading systems such as Operative, Boostr or equivalent proprietary OMS platforms - with a strong understanding of how these systems manage the commercial and operational aspects of ad sales and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience integrating OMS platforms with ad servers, supply-side platforms, and programmatic pipes
• Hands-on experience with media planning tools and agency workflows (e.g., MediaOcean, Prisma, or equivalent), including familiarity with how plans are structured, negotiated, and translated into executable campaign orders.
• Working knowledge of how supply integrations (ad servers, SSPs, OpenRTB, VAST) consume and share data, with the ability to bridge media planning, OMS, and supply-side technical requirements.
• Experience with API design, data modeling, documentation, and partner-facing technical support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex, cross-system integration challenges.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, and build trust with partners and internal teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams of designers, engineers, and business partners.
