Job Description

High-paced Talent Agency (Film, TV, Commercials, Variety & Touring acts) is looking for an organized Intern can lead to paying job  3 month min 

Key Responsibilities:
• Great at communications
• Proficient in computer skills (prefer MAC, Excel, Microsoft, Google Docs, Facebook, Social Media, and PR)
• Dealing with celebrity talent and talent submissions
• Handling casting bookings and touring shows
• Organizing costume warehouse and production items for touring shows

•Travel and touring experience airline, hotels, transportation managing daily scheduling

Qualifications:
• Need a quiet worker, quick to adapt, with a pleasant demeanor, Team Player 
• Good phone skills
• Other organizational skills are a plus
• Experience in the industry is preferred
• Must have a car and be flexible with hours (some weekends needed)

Work Schedule:
• Part-time (4 hours) a week
