Your Role Accountabilities:
• Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks for WBD Germany and the P&C GSA team.
• Help with onboarding, hiring, and offboarding of interns and temporary employees.
• Assist People Partners with simple project coordination across various HR topics such as performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and compliance.
• Work closely with the HR Services Team on tasks like e‑contracts, contract changes, and other employment documentation.
• Gain exposure to key People & Culture initiatives, including talent management, employee development, and organizational projects.
• Support the team with reporting, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Take part in other HR‑related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Well‑organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with numbers and paying attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
• First experience or basic knowledge of Human Resources is a plus.
