Who are we hiring?
The Senior Workforce System Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of MSG's Workforce Software system. This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME), partnering with IT, Venue Operations, Payroll, and integration partners to ensure efficient, scalable, and accurate processes across time and attendance and advanced scheduling. The Senior Workforce System Analyst will also serve as a technical lead on high-complexity projects , guiding best practices for configuration, documentation, and testing. Additionally, this individual will mentor junior analysts and provide strategic input into the Workforce system roadmap.
What will you do?
• Lead the configuration of time & attendance, automated pay rules, advanced scheduler, and banks/accrual policies for complex business needs.
• Act as the primary lead for high-complexity projects, including cross-department initiatives impacting Finance, Payroll, and Venue Operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Design and implement scalable and strategic solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for system/process improvement.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting to support business leaders in decision-making.
• Represent the Workforce Systems team in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise to shape system strategy and long-term roadmap.
What do you need to succeed?
• 5+ years' experience with Workforce Software Time & Attendance and Advanced Scheduler.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Workforce Software certifications strongly preferred; demonstrated expertise in multiple modules.
• Expertise of Workforce Software system architecture including database schema.
• Advanced SQL skills for reporting, data extraction, and troubleshooting; ability to mentor others on query design.
• Proven experience leading projects or initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

$96,000 - $150,000 USD
